Echelon Capital Group (Echelon), a multi-strategy boutique asset management firm offering innovative strategies to the institutional and intermediary markets, announced today that the firm has formed a strategic alliance with Red Rocks Capital LLC (Red Rocks). Through the new agreement, Echelon will provide Red Rocks with strategic marketing and consulting services for the institutional market.

Based in Golden, Colorado, Red Rocks Capital is an asset management firm specializing in Listed Private Equity. The active strategy is managed by the founders, Adam Goldman and Mark Sunderhuse, who have 50 years of combined public and private investment experience. The two founders have worked for nearly five years developing a proprietary database to identify and track publicly traded private equity companies. Red Rocks brings to market the first U.S.-based Listed Private Equity strategy, comprised of 30-50 publicly traded private equity companies. The objective of the strategy is to provide investors with a diversified portfolio of private equity investments with daily valuation and daily liquidity.
