With all the awards the Infinity Home Collection has received from the National Association of Home Builders and the Home Builders Association of Metro Denver for its' collection of upscale townhomes and single-family residences at Stapleton, you'd think the builder would be content to keep offering more of the same... But think again. The addition of Balboa and a brand new selection of Court Home designs, provides an even greater selection of incredible Infinity options for buyers this summer at Stapleton.
Infinity's incredible series of Court Homes continue to be a favorite for buyers at Stapleton as well as industry professionals, having won the 2005 and 2006 Gold Bar Awards for "Detached Home of the Year." Priced from the $600's, Infinity's European-inspired Court Homes are highlighted by rich exterior elements enhanced by "French Country," "Colorado Contemporary" and "Mediterranean" architecture and dazzling curb appeal with garages neatly tucked behind the homes and accessed by an alley system.
Inside each home is a beautiful contemporary floorplan with up to 3,255-square feet of lavish living space, highlighted by exceptional standard features and that one-of-a-kind Infinity style. Adding to the appeal of Infinity's Court Homes are four new and improved floorplans all including limited-time lower level finishing with rec room and half bath for pre-model buyers.
The Infinity team has already started presales at Balboa at Stapleton, with an exciting new selection of detached, single-family homes. In keeping with the modern tradition and nuances of Sky Terrace, the builder has come up with an incredible package showcasing fashionable contemporary designs highlighted by inventive, pioneering style, and a high level of standard finishes.
Priced from the mid-$400's, homes at Balboa include three spectacular floorplans and three distinctive elevation choices encompassing Colorado Contemporary, Modern Mediterranean, or Urban Contemporary style. The sundry elevations and rear entry garages, will add incredible curb appeal.
Homes at Balboa will offer between 1,727 and nearly 2,100-square feet of living space with two to five bedrooms, a minimum of two baths, and a complete front and back yard landscaping package. Grand Opening incentives include lower-level finishing, with rec room and half bath at no extra cost, but you need to act quickly.
Infinity's new Court Home models are slated for late May, while the showhomes at Balboa are scheduled to debut in June. A limited number of Court Homes located on pocket parks near 35th Avenue have just been released. Additionally, Balboa designs along 29th Avenue near town Center are available for pre-sale now, in limited supply.
For more information on the Infinity Home Collection at Stapleton, from I-70 take Quebec south to 29th Avenue and head east to all three model locations. For more information on the Court Homes, contact Arlen Cohn at 303/331-0674. For Balboa information, call Lindsay Gannott at 303-316-0730, or visit on-line at www.infinityhomecollection.com.
