The Future Business Leaders of America chapter at West High School is beginning it's 45th year on December 18th. Chartered in 1961, the FBLA chapter has helped generations of West High School students learn the skills necessary to be competitive in the business world. This year, the chapter will be participating in the District FBLA competition in February and community service projects, including the FBLA project for Children's Hospital. The club hopes to raise money for toys and Spanish language children's books for the hospital. Officers this year are Marco Martinez, President, Matt Jacobs, Vice-President, DiAnna Royster, Secretary, and Juan Raya, Treasurer.Sponsors are Jerry Clayton and Julie Sigmund.
