Showcasing a fine blend of art and artists, the new Santa Fe Drive Gallery Cuvee at Nine10Arts is curated by resident artists Niza Knoll and Michael Keen. The French word Cuvee means a blend of fine wines, and though not a wine bar, the combination of art and artists creates a culture quenching oasis. Come peruse the continually changing art, sip and sample fine brewed coffee and creative cuisine from the adjoining Studio 6 Coffee House.
Both curators boast diverse art backgrounds, which reflect their eclectic selection of two dimensional and sculptural art in Gallery Cuvee.
Israeli born Niza Knoll insists she entered the world with a pencil in hand. Graduating from the School of Visual Arts in New York City, she became an illustrator and art director in New York, then taught high school art in Colorado for ten years. This multi-talented artist adeptly works in two dimensional art creations, and also sculpts whimsical stone, cast, and even papier mache figures.
Michael Keen, a wunderkind artist and entrepreneur, graduated from The Rocky Mountain College of Art & Design with a BFA in illustration, and is the current owner of Studio 6 Coffee House by day, fine art painter by night, with construction commissions and renovation of his own house in Old Arvada added to the mix.
If you are an artist looking for a "home" this made be the place for you. As in the blending of fine wines, the whole is often greater than the parts, which is why this new gallery simply radiates with the energy of special art and artists.
Discover the specifics of applying to Gallery Cuvee by contacting Niza Knoll at niza@mac.com and Michael Keen@newvoiceart.com or call 303-902-4313.
As for the culture seekers among you, come to Nine10Arts, feast your eyes, sip a cup, and enjoy Gallery Cuvee.
