Parker Dance Academy Wins Big at NYCDA

Well it seems Parker Dance Academy's new Company Director, Henry Graham, has proved to be everything he is cracked up to be! Parker Dance Academy's company dancers competed at the New York City Dance Alliance competition in Denver March 1 and March 2, 2008. Parker Dancer Academy walked away with several awards. To name just a few honors Parker Dance Academy's, Sammy Vastine, received the Triple Threat Scholarship for her expertise in Ballet, Tap and Jazz. Dan Mont-Eton was also awarded the Triple Threat Scholarship as well as a Ballet Regional Scholarship. Dan will be attending Utah University next fall on a dance scholarship. And last, but certainly not least, Eliza Ohman walked away with not only a Tap Regional Scholarship and Outstanding Performer award, but also the very prestigious Nationals Scholarship. Eliza is an accomplished Tap, Jazz, Ballet and Hip-Hop dancer. Besides the obvious talents of these wonderful dancers, credit must be given to Mr. Graham for his innovative and unique choreography. Henry Graham comes to PDA with a wealth of experience under his dance shoes. He has performed with Ms. Debbie Allen in the musical
Brothers of the Knight, danced at the LA premiere of
The Lion King, served as a back up dancer for
Beyonce' . This is just to name a few of his long list of well respected accreditations. Parker Dance Academy has been providing unparalleled dance instruction to the Parker community for more than 16 years. Congratulations to Henry Graham and Parker Dance Academy's talented dancers.
