This Halloween, Party City donated nearly 150 Halloween costumes to Boys & Girls Clubs located throughout Metro Denver. The J. Churchill Owen Branch distributed more than 30 free Party City costumes to its top readers, who were rewarded for their commitment to reading and completing their homework.
