ASK AND YOU SHALL RECEIVE!!!!!!!!
Contributed by: Leo V on 2/13/2007

I can remember the day I met my wife like it was yesterday. It was a beautiful fall morning and I was outside of my new job talking and getting to know my new co-workers, when I turned around and saw the most gorgeous woman I had ever seen. To my surprise she was looking right at me and her pretty brown eyes put me in daze. I could swear I felt my heart do a summersault inside my body. Standing there stunned, I must have had a smile that was from ear to ear. I was overcome with so much excitement that I knew I had to muster enough courage to talk to her or I might not ever have a chance to again. I had to think of something quick, fast, and in a hurry. I noticed she was eating a yogurt and so I walked by her and all I could think of saying was "breakfast?" I felt like such a dork and wanted to dissolve into thin air right there, but she gave me beautiful smile and nodded her head. Instead of dissolving, I melted.
Soon after we began a friendship that blossomed into a loving a fruitful marriage with 3 strong and handsome sons that we have shared together. We not only brought them together, but we have had the joy of seeing them bond as brothers and their laughter and presence has always made our house a home. There have been many times since we have been together that life has thrown us a curve, but I can honestly say that I give all the credit to my wife for being the rock our family stands on today.
You see, me and my wife have only been married for 9 years and have only known each other 10. I feel blessed that I have met my soul mate early in life. I thank the Lord each day for answering my prayer when I asked for an Angel to get me though the tough times in life and also someone to share my life with. I had no idea nor could have ever imagined in all my dreams he would bless me with such a warm, loving and caring woman who I am proud to have as a wife and mother to our children.
Liz, I can never say "I love you" enough to express thankful I am for you and how grateful I am that you have unselfishly given your all to me, our sons, and the family. I am certain that our Faith that we grow in together everyday will be our true bond to our vow that we will love each other till death do us part.
I love you Bug.
Your Husband, Leo V.
