The south Federal public meeting proposed regulatory changes affecting properties along Federal Boulevard has been continued to Tuesday, November 17 at 6:00 p.m. Meeting will be at College View Recreation Center - 2525 S Decatur Street.
Denver Parks & Recreation, in conjunction with Denver Community Planning and Development and Denver Public Works, is hosting two public meetings regarding proposed regulatory changes affecting properties along Federal Boulevard. Properties along Federal Boulevard are subject to a parkway setback requirement, which is a regulation that governs the area between the property line along Federal Boulevard and the building line. These meetings will provide information on proposed changes to relax the setback requirement south of 20th Avenue and propose ideas for a future streetscape. These meetings are opportunities for public comment.
