Her ex husband bullies and intimdates her constantly and the courts are slow and ineffective.
He has an attorney while she must advocate for herself. She is a beautiful intelligent young woman who has spent the last 3 months teaching herself everything she can learn about divorce law- she follows it to the letter-she files papers to the court re: his behavior and asks for protection and it is never answered or simply ignored- his attorney swallows her up with everything she tries to do and slowly she is being consumed by not only an ineffective overworked court system but by his desire to break her spiritwhile it breaks my heart.

I can not afford to help her financially to find a good strong attorney.

She is literally trying to teach herself all the law she can in months before he takes her to court in October- he has also had a gag order put in place so she has no recourse whatsoever to file any motion at all-even when he is in contempt- she has no way to get court support- nothing at all no recourse- I cant tell you how helpless and upsetting t is to feel totally controlled and not haveany idea how to help your child or for her to help herself no matter what she gains he pushes her backward-and his attorney now is stating she must pay HIS attorney fees when she cant afford an attorney, mediation or anything and heownsthe big familyhome in Congress Park, new car, commercial building and she is to pay HIS fees??- - she is pregnant and is trying to finish her degree- and saves every penny but he has made this impossible too with his irratic behavior that I can not put here in this article.

I hoped perhaps- an attorney would seethis and her situation and help her fight this man and bring fairness back into play- it is such a case of unfairness-it is a disgrace how a judge can rule on all this is beyond me- it is shocking and sad.

We have worked endlessly to find an attorney pro bono- followed every lead- shes enrolled in courses to teach herself the law-but she gets slammed to the floor -without an attorney.

Is there any attorney out there that would step forward to help her?

Im worried for her she is a beautiful young woman who doesnt deserve this.

I am willing to trade your efforts for a story in exchange for a week to stay at our home outside London (for free) if you would help her.
