"Wheeler" Got Wheels
Contributed by: Sue Terrill on 8/16/2006

A small female Siberian husky, Wheeler, jumped a fence on Saturday, Aug. 12th near 54th and Zuni Street in Denver.

Wheeler and her owner, Jordy, were entertaining guests on Jordy's 20th birthday. One of the guests was a full grown male husky, and Wheeler must have gotten a little scared by her new friend.

Wheeler is an unspayed female, about 5 months old, and was not wearing her collar at the time she left the yard. Wheeler is surrounded by friends and family, and has left behind many heartbroken people looking for her and awaiting her return.

If you have seen her, please call 303-748-9173. We have contacted all of the local animal hospitals and shelters. We were told to hang flyers and not to give up. Thank you so much for letting me help get out this information!

We can't change all of the bad news in the world, but you may have the power to make one corner of it happy again.
