Colorado First Lady Jeannie Ritter
Visits Prince Street Academy Students

Colorado First Lady Jeannie Ritter, a strong advocate for mental health issues, has been visiting the 17 community mental health centers throughout the state. During a recent visit to Arapahoe/Douglas Mental Health Network (ADMHN), she met with adolescents who attend ADMHN's Prince Street Academy (PSA), an alternative school for kids who cannot attend their regular school due to emotional or behavioral problems related to mental illness. Each student wrote a letter to Mrs. Ritter expressing thanks to her for championing mental health services. A book containing those letters with the students' original artwork was presented to Mrs. Ritter.
