I merged the image of the City and county building with the sate capital (on opposite sides of the street) with some techniques I learned in my photography class. No software was used to manipulate the photo.

Beautiful picture -- I love the way the courthouse looks right now. I took my parents to see it when they were up here visiting for Christmas.
