Rated Story

The thing about Qi is you won't only look better you'll feel better. Even at age 54, Qi is helping me. I'm more aware of my body, more flexible and I have more energy. Plus, it's not all about the look. There's no snobbery from the staff or the members, no matter how long it's been since you last put on your running shoes.
