Museum-goers learn about state's African Americans

During the Feb. 21 installment of Let's Make History at the Colorado History Museum, families from all over the metro area learned about Colorado's African Americans.

Let's Make History is a program for families held at the museum every Saturday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The Feb. 21 exhibit allowed participants to explore an African American grandmother trunk, create journals and learn about African American history through crafts, activities and puzzles.
