ProDisposal trashes service most of all
Contributed by: Michelle Mayer on 1/15/2007

Do you ever wonder with how a company treats its customers, how they stay in business?

Yes I know everyone has been suffering through these storms. I complained about the roads like everyone else, dug out so much snow it seemed there was nowhere to put it when the next storm hit and watched the trash pile. Everyone suffered, no one could do much about it.

HOWEVER Pro Disposal went the extra mile to make it worse when a company a) doesn't answer for the phone for weeks on end b) when the truck does show up 3 weeks later, proceeds to back up over a snow bank (though there was at least a 2.5 car width of open space) throwing chunks of ice thigh-high into my driveway that I could not move by myself, and making it so that I could not access my garage. After hours of trying to get someone to answer finally return my calls, it became a true govt-type operation DENY DENY DENY, although there WERE witnesses. So I fired them. So then what happens? They show up, 5 DAYS after being fired, and DO THE EXACT SAME THING that I was told according to a manager "they could not POSSIBLY have done previously!".

A 2nd grader could see the tracks matched the week befores incident (not to insult 2nd graders). Their employees didn't care we were screaming at them to stop and get away from our property and then to fix what they had done. They were driving off leaving a mess AGAIN, and would not have returned at all if certain gestures weren't thrown their way. At that point, several witnesses helped 'encourage' one of the ProDisposal employees he needed to correct his error.

But this problem is larger then his 2 nd ignorant and just plain RUDE error in a row (with the truck I mean, you don't want me to go into his mouth). The other one was trying to drive the truck like a kid doing donuts. Add that to my dozen reasons I fired ProDisposal. This is the first time I've dealt with a trash company that SO personifies what it specializes in.
