The 4A Girls' Golf State Championship was held at Rolling Hills Country Club in Golden on May 19 and 20. Golden High School Senior Brittany Johnson ended tied for 6th; Senior Taylor Stolte tied for 10th; Sophomore Tayler Bull tied for 46th. Alternate Jordan Bull was in attendance. The Golden High School team finished 4th. It was a great ending to the long career of Coach Mark Hornecker who has now retired from coaching high school sports.
