Football clinic held at East High School


Athletics and Beyond's, "Third Annual Youth Football Clinic" was held at East High School this past weekend. East High School Football Head Coach Woolfork facilitated teaching fundamentals and technique for sixty young aspiring football players.

Youth Football players ages seven through fourteen participated in various conditioning and agility stations followed by contact drills both days. Life skills presenter and twelve year NFL veteran Richard Harvey and Rocky Mountain Speed Camp Director Keith Holmes talked to participants about the importance of academics over athletics and basic life skills.

Several East High School varsity players helped Coach Woolfork and the East coaching staff throughout the weekend. Division one, student athletes Drew Davis, Oregon Ducks wide receiver and Devin Aguilar, Washington Huskies wide receiver both participated in teaching skills on the field and in the classroom.
