Swimmers Succeed

The fall season has started for Platte Swim Club located at Marge E Hudak Pool in Bailey, CO. They are having a stroke clinic Tuesday - Friday 4:30-5:00PM for Green/Bronze and 5:00-6:30PM for Silver/Gold. The cost is $4.50 a time or various passes are available. The team had a very successful summer season. Twelve team members went to state championship in August. The team placed 11 th out of 25 teams. The following team members went to state: Kacie Ellison, Rachel Kenefick, Mckayla Lochner, Hannah Michel, Kenny Michel, Ben Miller, David Miller, Hannah Miller, Joshua Miller, Abby Youngblood, Shawna Youngblood, and Taylor Youngblood. Shawna Youngblood placed 4 th overall in the female 13-14 bracket. Mckayla Lochner placed 5 th overall in the female 8& under bracket. David Miller placed 5 th overall in the male 13-14 bracket. The team celebrated the end of season with a picnic at Flying J Ranch. This team photo was taken at the Flying J Ranch.
