1 Shredded cabbage, chopped
1 Green beans, chopped
3 Celery ribs, chopped
2 Carrots, chopped
2 Zucchini, chopped
1 Onion, chopped
3 cups tomato juice
1 can cooked beans
4 cubes, vegetable bullion / or chicken
½ tspn. Dried basil, crushed
½ tspn. Dried rosemary, crushed
2tbsn. Soy sauce
1 cup cooking wine
3 cups white rice
2 tbs. Olive oil
Start the rice in the rice-cooker.
In a large sauce pan, cook the onion until glassy. Then combine the cabbage, beans, celery, carrots, zucchini, wine, & tomato juice; bring to boil. Reduce heat; cover & cook 15 minutes until vegetables are tender. Add the bouillon, basil, and rosemary; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
Serve with white rice and soy-sauce.
Serves: 6- 8- 10+

Vegetarian, if you like it like I do. Serves a GIANT family, uses all the VEGGIES. The wine mellows the acid of the tomatoes. Soy Sauce is the Secret Ingredient. I'm going home for leftovers!
