Colorado Rockies & YourHub.com Suite at Coors Field Promotion Official Contest Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY:
Contest open to legal U.S. residents fourteen (14) years or older as of April 10, 2008, that reside within the current home delivery area of The Denver Post and Rocky Mountain News. Participants must register on YourHub.com and provide their name, address, phone number and age. Participants under the age of 18 must have their parents’ permission to enter and be accompanied by an adult to the game if they win. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of YourHub.com, the Denver Newspaper Agency, The Denver Post, Rocky Mountain News the Colorado Rockies (“Sponsor”), the other MLB Entities, and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotional agencies and any individuals living in the households of these individuals are not eligible. The “MLB Entities” shall mean the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball, its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, MLB Advanced Media, L.P. Major League Baseball Enterprises, Inc., Major League Baseball Properties, Inc. (doing business in its own name and as Major League Baseball Productions), the Major League Baseball Clubs, SportsOnEarth, LLC, Tickets.com, Inc. and each of their subsidiaries or affiliated entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Major League Baseball Clubs or the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball, and the directors, officers and employees of the above entities.
HOW TO ENTER:
Enter online at http://denver.yourhub.com/rockies. Once you are registered on the site, post an explanation of how much you love the Colorado Rockies. Final entries must be received by Aug. 28, 2008. Enter only once to be eligible for all suite giveaway dates. Winners will be chosen in seven (7) separate selections to be held between April 4, 2008, and Aug. 28, 2008. Winners will be notified by phone and e-mail. YourHub.com, the Colorado Rockies, the other MLB Entities and the Denver Newspaper Agency are not responsible for tickets, which are lost, stolen, or undelivered by the U.S. Postal Service. Odds of winning depend upon the decision made by a panel of YourHub.com staff members. All entries become the property of YourHub.com, the Denver Newspaper Agency and the Colorado Rockies.
PRIZES:
Seven (7) suites at Coors Field: Twelve (12) tickets and two (2) parking passes. The suite is not catered but can be by the winner of each of the seven (7) suite dates. Approximate retail value of each prize is $1,500. Seven (7) entries/winners will be selected by a panel of YourHub.com staff members.
GENERAL: Limit one prize per person per household address for the entire contest period, March 26, 2008, through Aug. 28, 2008. Prizes are not exchangeable, transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. In the event of unavailability of stated prizes, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable value. By accepting a prize, the winner hereby consents to the use of his or her name and/or likeness by Sponsor and the other MLB Entities for the purposes of advertising on behalf of the organization without additional compensation, except where prohibited. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes, fees, expenses and incidentals not specifically provided. Major League Baseball game and exhibition dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball and/or the applicable Major League Baseball Club, as applicable, and may be subject to change. The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as prizes will govern in the event a legal game or exhibition, as defined by Major League Baseball, is not played due to weather, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance or any other reason. Sponsor and the applicable MLB Entities reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to winner and/or guest who engages in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the game or exhibition. The MLB Entities will not be responsible for Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other natural disaster outside their control that may cause the cancellation of Major League Baseball games or exhibitions.
ADDITIONAL TERMS: By participating, entrants agree to: (a) Official Rules and decisions of judges, which are final in all respects; and (b) release, discharge and hold harmless YourHub.com, The Denver Newspaper Agency, The Denver Post, Rocky Mountain News, the Colorado Rockies, the other MLB Entities and each of their respective parents affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies and their respective directors, officers and employees and agents, from all liability or damages arising out of acceptance and use of the prize. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel or modify at any time the entire contest.
