Ingredients:
8 ripe tomatoes
1/2 and onion (red or white)
1 clove garlic
1/4 cup fresh cilantro (roughly)
3 limes
2 tbs olive oil
1 jalapeno pepper
salt and pepper
Dice tomatoes and onion roughly (size dependent on how chunky you want the salsa) Mince garlic, cilantro, and jalapeno pepper (seeds in for a hot salsa or out for a milder salsa). Juice the limes and add olive oil combining all ingredients, finally salt and pepper to taste.
