Description:
Zumba routines feature aerobic interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms to tone and sculpt the body! All routines have easy-to-follow steps. Participants do not need to know how to dance to do Zumba.
Class starts September 12th and runs through December 19th. No class Sept 19th.
Class time: Saturdays 9:30-10:15am.
