Walking 4 Water Walkathon

What:	The Walking for Water Walkathon is an event to raise money to dig deep water wells in Africa. Every year 5,400 children die from waterborne illnesses. Many women have to walk 15 miles every day to get water for their families and often the water is so dirty it looks like mud. With a goal to raise 54,000 dollars we can dig three wells which will affect more than a thousand people! Lunch, prizes, and entertainment will be provided for participants. A wishing well will be available on site for those who want to makedonations. All checks for donations should be made out to World Vision.
