What:	Climb toward your center. Build confidence, connections and climbing skills with three days of top-notch instruction, daily yoga and a wide variety of rock terrain on which to develop your technique. This holistic climbing immersion incorporates yoga to bring a deeper awareness of body, mind and environment to help guide and strengthen your connection with the rock. Enjoy lots of individual attention as you learn crack and face climbing methods, belaying, rappelling, safety practices and an introduction to anchor and gear placement for those who are ready.
