PrideFest History to be Featured on “Studio 12"

Denver, CO- June 18, 2008 -"Fun. Free. Fabulous!" is the theme of this year's PrideFest 2008. The "Studio 12" call-in program on Channel 12 KBDI will feature the GLBT community in Denver on Wednesday, June 25 at 8 p.m.

Host Tamara Banks and panelists Carlos Martinez, executive director of the GLBT Community Center, Drew Wilson, owner of BlogPro and the official PrideFest blogger, and Phil Nash, the first director of the GLBT community center and current vice president for communications at Rose Community Foundation, will discuss the evolution of the GLBT in Colorado as well as the history of the Gay Pride Parade.

Video and interviews taken during this year's festivities will be included in the discussion. Viewers are invited to call in during the live show with any questions or comments.

The program will also be available for viewing on the video-on-demand feature of the www.kbdi.org website after June 30.
