In collaboration withDenver Parks and Recreation, students will express themselves through art and learn more about career pathways available to them through their passion for art.
Steve Hartbauer, Goodwill case manager for the West High School Career Academy, is an artist who is overseeing the project.

9:00 a.m. to completion, Sunday
Where:Sunken Garden Park at 9 th and Elati in Denver.
Photo Opportunity:
The mural will be the 10 th completed project by the Mural Club. Students hope the 1980s hip-hop retro style of the mural will command the respect of their peers who, in turn, will not be tempted to "tag" or graffiti over the area.
Two members of the Mural Club, Ratha Sok and Binner Porres, are becoming respected as muralists here in Denver. They have been hired to paint murals on the exteriors of Denver businesses as a result of their Mural Project work.
