A document by which you can make your voice heard will soon be available to those of you who value your freedoms and liberties. You will have a short span of time in which to sign it. It is a petition for an amendment to our Colorado Constitution, which states that in Colorado, homeowners' associations ... or anything that even faintly resembles a government-mandated homeowners' association ... are prohibited. -- Jan Jackson

At least 120,000 signatures are needed on the petition to prohibit homeowners' associations in the state of Colorado. Yours can be one of them. It is something that you not only can do, but also should do, to return private property rights to you and all Coloradans. -- Jan Jackson
