Ki Aikido is a defensive Japanese martial art that utilizes powerful flowing moves to defuse and redirect the force of an attack.
More than just self-defense, the mind/body coordination practice of Ki Aikido develops physical and mental balance, flexibility, and focus for handling the challenges of everyday life.
Instructor: Susan Chandler is a 4th degree black belt and certified Ki Aikido instructor with over 25 years of teaching experience.
