2009 Denver Luxury Home Tour

For the first time in its history, the Home Builders Association of Metro Denver (HBA) is producing the 2009 Denver Luxury Home Tour. A ticketed and self-guided event, the Tour features 27 new homes ranging in value from $1 million to nearly $6 million. These completely finished and available for sale homes are located throughout the Denver metro area from Niwot to the north and Castle Rock to the south, from Evergreen to the west and in a variety of Denver neighborhoods. The total approximate value of the Tour homes is $55 million. The Tour invites visitors to explore 23 neighborhoods some of which are historic and established; others are new; and some are gated and private. Also, the variety of home styles is impressive. Visitors will get to walk through such popular styles as Tuscan, Colorado Contemporary, European Country Estates, Modern, Craftsman Bungalow, and an array of prestigious French, Spanish, Mediterranean and Tudor.

Ticket Information

Tickets are $15 for adults; $12 for seniors 65 and over; and free fro children 12 and under. Tickets can be purchased online at www.DenverLuxuryHomeTour.com or at King Soopers locations. the printed voucher (online) or ticket (King Soopers) can be taken to any Denver Luxury Home Tour home and exchanged for a Tour Passport which will give full access to each home on the Tour.

Supporting the Home Builders Foundation

A portion of the proceeds benefits the Home Builders Foundation (HBF), the philanthropic arm of the HBA, which helps people with such home enhancements as wheelchair ramps, accessible entry-points, modified appliances and amenities. The HBF partners with building industry suppliers, home builders, subcontractors and local volunteers to turn these wishes into reality.
