Fourth of July at Four Mile Park
Contributed by: YourHub.com on 6/26/2007

Discover the true meaning of this Fourth of July holiday with people like Thomas Jefferson, Abraham Lincoln and others.

Our Four Mile Historic Park celebration has traditional festivities including the reading of the Declaration of Independence, Civil War reenactments, music, games and more. The park is located at 715 S. Forest St., Denver. The Denver Concert Band will play, and there will be historic craft demonstrations and kids games as well.

Admission is $7 for adults, $5 for FMHP members, $4 for seniors and students and free for children 5 years of age and younger. Horse-drawn rides and food also will be available.

For more information about these events and other programs at the park, call 720-865-0815 or go to fourmilepark.org.
