Knott's Kids travels through time on the Titanic
Contributed by: Ioanna Athanasopoulos on 8/3/2007

Knott's Kids, Jefferson County Public Library's interactive children's literacy program, continues with Titanic Through Time, designed for children ages 8-12. Rebecca Salomonsson, a performer with the Arvada Center for the Arts and Humanities, will portray Molly Brown, Denver's unsinkable heroine. Kids can act as Titanic time-travelers while learning about the ill-fated ship. The program is presented in collaboration with the Denver Museum of Nature & Science's exhibition Titanic: The Artifact Exhibition June 22, 2007-Jan. 6, 2008. Free tickets are available at each library. Funding for Knott's Kids is provided by the Library Foundation.
