Autumn harvest celebration

Come help Edgewater Parks and Recreation celebrate fall! We will be holding an autumn harvest celebration to welcome fall and celebrate our second season of the Edgewater Community Gardens. This event will be held at the Orum House Community Gardens on Oct. 17 from 5 to 7 p.m. The Orum House is located at 2444 Depew St. in Edgewater. We will be doing all sorts of seasonal activities. Join us for some hot apple cider, decorate a scarecrow, bob for a toy apple or design a pumpkin balloon!

The Community Gardens at the Orum House turned out just beautiful this season. Get information on how you can get a plot for next year, or just come and enjoy the gardens. For more information, call Lydia at 303-238-7803.
