Jeffco Action Center is asking for the community's help in collecting food for the Action Center's Thanksgiving Food Distribution.
Food donations will be used as part of an expected record distribution of Thanksgiving food to thousands of families in Jefferson County. Specifically, the Action Center needs the sides that make up the traditional Thanksgiving meal such as stuffing and sweet potatoes.Jeffco Action Center provides a coupon for either a turkey or ham.
The Action Center will also need volunteers to help distribute the food. Volunteers serve a crucial role at Jeffco Action Center since without them, meeting the community's need wouldn't be possible. If you are interested in making a difference and providing an immediate impact as a volunteer, please call 303-237-7704 or visit www.jeffcoac.org to get started.
