Charmaine in the city
I've called the Denver area home for more than two
decades now. But this urban/mountain city is still full of surprises. I'll be posting my adventures here, as I explore local eateries, shops and sharing birthday and vacation photos. I had previously written about
attending
Anthonette Klinkerman
's Arbonne party
June 25. Because the party was themed
Deal or No Deal
, we each opened a case containing a surprise Arbonne product. For me, I had won Arbonne's Intelligence Hand Cream. As I also previously wrote, I am a basic person when it comes to lotion, soap, haircare, etc.
Well, Anthonette and I met up for coffee yesterday afternoon at the Compass Bank Starbucks on Castle Pines Parkway. After our get-together, she gave me my "prize." I thought I would blog about using this hand cream to see if it will really smooth my rough, dry Colorado weather-battered hands. My usual lotion is Vaseline Intensive Care. Cheaper, but still effective.
I put some on this morning. No fruity, sweet smell and the lotion feels heavier than Vaseline's. Stay tuned.
