Charmaine in the city
I've called the Denver area home for more than two
decades now. But this urban/mountain city is still full of surprises. I'll be posting my adventures here, as I explore local eateries, shops and sharing birthday and vacation photos. I used to keep track of college basketball a few years ago, mainly when
Trajan Langdon
was playing for
Duke University
. I thought he was so awesome, dubbed "The Alaskan Assassin," he would sink those three-pointers like nothing. I attempted basketball back in eighth grade, but the most I ever scored was two points with an accidental layup. That was for the whole season.
So it's time for March Madness once again and
Eric
is encouraging all of us to put together team brackets. I'm not much for predicting winners, but I decided to choose teams based on what I "knew" back then. My final four?
Purdue
, Duke,
Georgetown
and
Texas A&M
. My champ? Duke University. Go Blue Devils!
