Become a Chocolate Connoisseur! Your evening begins with a sampling of select international chocolates from six different countries. Discover your favorites while you learn how to eat chocolate properly, and how to compare and contrast flavors, scents and textures.

Following the chocolate tasting, you'll pair four international artisanal wines with chocolates custom created by Chocolates by Mary Carol. Each chocolate includes infusions of spices and nuts designed to bring out the flavors in both the chocolate and the wine. Learn guidelines for pairing chocolate and wines for future enjoyment.
