DENVER, Colo. - In a sign of its impending opening, The Ritz-Carlton, Denver announces that it is now accepting both Internet and phone reservations. The hotel opens in early December.

"While construction winds down, the opening of the reservations phone and Internet portals is essentially opening our electronic doors", says Jud Vorwaller, director of revenue management. "All that remains to be done is completion of construction and an actual, real ribbon cutting."

The Ritz-Carlton, Denver is located at 1881 Curtis Street in downtown Denver and is scheduled to open in December 2007. The hotel will be situated on the first 14 floors of a 19-story facility, which provides easy access to the 16 th Street Mall, as well as Coors Field and lower downtown. The hotel will include 202 guest rooms, including 47 suites and 32 Club Level rooms and one Ritz-Carlton Suite. The property also includes The Residences at The Ritz-Carlton, Denver.

Spacious guest rooms will measure more than 550 square feet each, making them the largest guest rooms in Denver. Lavishly furnished, they will include plush bedding and linens, five-fixture bathrooms, 24-hour room and valet service and high definition LCD televisions. The hotel will have 13,000 square feet of meeting space, including a 6,200 square foot ballroom, a junior ballroom, business center and lobby lounge.
