Optimist scholarship accepting applications

Are you a high school student under the age of 19 and in grades 10, 11 or 12? Would a $6,000 scholarship help your dreams for the future come true?

Tamarac Optimsit Club can help - just write and submit an original essay of 400-500 words on the topic, "Today's Choices Shape My Future." The second place prize is $3,750 and third place is $2,250. Contact M.L. Hansen at 303-757-3580 for details and an application form. Deadline is January 18.
