The Purple Martini, a lounge that raises the bar on nightlife in Colorado, will host an African American Art Show on Wednesday, July 18 at 5:00 p.m. at the Purple Martini DTC (8000 E. Belleview Ave., Greenwood Village).
"This art show will be the first of its kind for the Purple Martini Lounges," remarked
Will Coleman, co-owner of the Purple Martini. "Our stores are active members of the community, and this event will honor African American arts."
A portion of sales will benefit the Saiku Foundation and Museum of African American Arts. The foundation and museum was formed to educate the public about the contributions made by African American artists to the cultural fabric of America.
