Sunrise Senior Living and Memory Bridging continue their Mindful Aging series with the next episode in this free, informative program on how to help ourselves and those we love through our senior stages of life.

The next episode "Who to turn to when you need help, Geriatric Care Management" will introduce important resources that can help when home or self-care has presented more challenges than you can handle.

In those times when you don't know what your next steps should be, or when you don't know where to turn, a Professional Geriatric Care Manager can provide you with the planning, counseling, support and referrals that you need, including:

· Financial, legal, or medical issue reviews and referrals.
