It's that time of year again. The time when people sit in their living rooms and make lists of New Year's resolutions that they keep for a week or two.
But help is available for those who really want to stick with their 2007 resolutions. Certified Life Coach Lorri Molinari helps individuals take an active approach so they can keep their resolutions and make meaningful changes in their lives.
"If setting resolutions the same old way hasn't been working for you, a more active approach might be the answer," says Molinari, an Englewood resident and the owner of New Beginning Life Coach Services. "I will work with those who really want to change and hold them accountable so they actually keep their resolutions. My passion is to help people embrace their greatness."
Molinari will be doing just that when she gives her free talk - "Are You Holding Your Greatness Prisoner" - to women's organizations, networking groups and corporations in the coming months.
She also has a free 20-minute CD, which was designed for women to take inventory of where they are in their lives today.
Molinari produced the CD because she sees many people who are struggling as they try to balance all of the aspects of their lives. Women, especially, are taught to be caretakers, so they often put their own needs last when they should put themselves first, she explains.
"In my CD, I ask thought-provoking questions so people can take an honest look at their lives and see if they are a true priority," says Molinari.
"My mission is to help individuals become the first priority in their lives," she adds.
To get a copy of the free CD, visit Molinari's Web site at
