FIRST DEBATE BETWEEN COLORADO'S

SENATORIAL CANDIDATES SCHEDULED FOR MONDAY JULY 14 TH.

ENGLEWOOD, July 8, 2008 - The Southeast Business Partnership is pleased to sponsor the first Senatorial debate with former Congressman Bob Schaffer (R) and Congressman Mark Udall (D) at the Wildlife Experience on July 14 th. Doors will open at 9:30am. The event is open to the public. Tickets are required and can be ordered via e-mail at SenateDebate@sebp.org

The Debate will be streamed live on 9 news.com, and will air Sunday, July 20 th on Your Show with moderator Adam Schrager. 9News will moderate the event and is offering viewers from across Colorado the opportunity to submit questions and topics for discussion. Anyone interested is encouraged to send their ideas via e-mail or text message to: YourShow @9News.com.

SEBP Vice President Mary Bowers anticipates a 'full house' for the event, stating, "This is a very special opportunity for business leaders, politicians and community members to come together and experience firsthand the perspective of both candidates on such issues as healthcare, transportation, affordable housing and the status of economic development in Colorado."
