S/F, 4 Years, DSH
Hi! I'm Wendy. I was brought to the MaxFund because my owner was afraid I wouldn't get along with her toddler (I scratched the toddler). You know how cats are? We go to play and sometimes scratch by accident. Oh well. I know my last owner wants me adopted, though, because she gave a long description of how wonderful I am. I hope someone else will understand that I am a sweet, gentle kitty that would never hurt anyone.
I am truly a wonderful cat. I like being pet and receiving affection. I like drinking milk and I love tuna! I am very good with adults. I am very clean and happy. I am very soft and absolutely love attention. Because I am so soft, I am easy to pet and love. Plus, with my gentle nature, I am easy to fall in love with. Like any cat, I enjoy naps. I am scared of small kids and crowds. But otherwise I am the perfect cat.
Please come see me at the
MaxFund, 1025 Galapago Street, Denver, CO 80204, 303-595-4917. I am in the Windows Room. It costs $50 to adopt me, and that includes current shots except rabies. This also includes my being chipped, and I am already spayed.
The
MaxFund is a non-profit organization that was established in 1988 to provide medical care for injured pets with no known owners, and to seek out new homes for these animals once they have recovered. The MaxFund is a no-kill dog and cat shelter. MaxFund assists hundreds of people and animals each year by trying to make the correct match between owner and pet.
The MaxFund is a
TRUE no-kill shelter. There is no pre-sorting of animals into "adoptable" and "non-adoptable" categories, discarding the so-called "unadoptable." The MaxFund takes every animal it has the space for.
EVERY animal is kept until its owner is found or it is placed in a new adoptive home.
