Warm fuzzy teacher

Third grade teacher Stacy Curry, at Red Hawk Ridge Elementary School in Cherry Creek School District, has created a classroom environment that encourages children to take academic risks and to support each other in their learning.

Mrs. Curry works to accomadate children's individualized needs and focuses on their strengths. She makes learning fun and her students want to be in class andwant to please her. She uses her own experiences as a parent and a teacher to find ways to help each child feel successful.

I am so thankful that my son has had the opportunity to be in Mrs. Curry's class this year. He has grown in so many ways and I'm so appreciative of her hard work and committment to children.
