This is the story of Kim and Gabe Zoetewey. Kim is a hard-working childcare provider, working four jobs. Gabe is still a student. His interests include soccer and hockey. Both Kim and Gabe enjoy helping out communities, both near and far. They have been to many places inside the US-including Roseland, Illinois; Rosebud, South Dakota; Las Vegas, Nevada; Alamosa, Colorado-and outside the US-including Juarez, Mexico; San Jose, Costa Rica; Cochabamba, Bolivia. In all of these, they helped individuals and communities by doing things they might not have been able to afford, like painting, building houses, starting a thrift store, landscaping, providing childcare so a conference sould take place, as well as many other things. They enjoy watching Avalanche games, when they can. They do not have the capabilities to watch any Avs games at home, but that has not stopped them from being fans as they listen to the ganes on the radio. This would be an opportunity of a lifetime for them to be able to go to an Avs game, since they haven't ever been to one and can't afford tickets. This would be a nice opportunity for them to be able to take some of their friends out for a change.
