Learning about cultural traditions is the perfect way to spend quality time with your children. Create a shadowbox to display why your father is so special to you on Father's Day. The Father's Day Shadowbox event happens on Saturday, June 14th, with two sessions, one at 10:30 a.m. and the other at 1:30 p.m. Parents will learn with their children about the history of this celebrated tradition while you and your child design a gift shadowbox. All supplies will be provided.
Paid reservations are required at $10 per child and one free adult per child. Reserve your space today at the Golden Pioneer Museum, 923 Tenth Street (across from the library) in Golden. Call 303-278-7151 for information. Reserve your space today; sessions are limited to 20 children so make reservations early.
