What future plans does Erie have for the vacant land west of Road 7 between Hwy. 52 and Rd.12?
Who is in charge of the weed control for that area? We live across the street from the stated location and "every year" have a problem with the LARGE tumble weeds that blow into our yard as well as up against the fence, making it hard to get to our horses to feed or to get out of the front gate if we choose to leave in our car.
Is that land for sale? Has it been sold? With so much construction going on in the area, we would like to know what future plans are for that area?
Also, we have noticed a sign stating "Erie limits." Is Rd. 7 the boundry for Erie (would like to know for future in case we would need to call the Erie police for emergency needs verses calling Weld county Sheriff's deparment)?
