5 th Annual Erie Lions Club Fundraiser Golf Tournament

Friday, May 25, 2007
Ute Creek Golf Course
1:30 pm Shotgun Start
18 Hole Scramble
Registration begins at 12:00 pm
Dinner served after the round
$95 per Player

$10,000 Hole-in-One Contest, Goodie Bags, Dinner, Raffle

Registration fees and Sponsorships are tax deductible

The Erie Lion's Club promotes eye care to children in the community by providing financial assistance for eye doctor visits and glasses. The Erie chapter also uses the money raised to send kids with disabilities to summer camps.

Level One: $650.00
Includes signage on Hole 1 or 18 and a foursome with cart

Level Two: $300.00
Includes signage on a tee box

Level Three: $200.00
Signage on a green

Level Four: $150.00
