The Academy also helps to build the partnerships between the police and the citizens of Erie that are vital to maintaining a safe environment and preventing crime in the Town of Erie.
Additional Information
All civilian participants must complete an application of intent and pass a criminal background check. Applicants will not be allowed to participate unless a release of liability and indemnification agreement has been signed and turned in prior to the start of the academy.
