2006 Rocky Mountain Greyhound Adoption Fundraiser and All Breed Races

Date: Sunday, June 11, 2006 (Doors open at 8:30 a.m.)

Place: Cloverleaf Kennel Club in Loveland, Colorado (I-25 North to Exit 157B)

Admission fee: $1.00 per person (or family donation - see below). Children are FREE.

Races: All Breeds Welcome - $5.00 per dog. This year we will also allow other breeds to race! Greyhounds will only race greyhounds.

Speed Check: $5.00/dog - to see how "fast" your greyt can run! (we are working on getting a radar gun to use and seeing if this is a possibility). All dogs welcome to get "speed trapped".

Race registration will be held between 8:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. (Race registration form will be up on RMGA website rmga.org soon for early entries). Races begin at 10:30 AM

So bring your canine and human family members and join us for a greyt time! All dogs and their families are welcome (including other adoption groups).

Mama Bear's Kitchen will be there again with snacks, food, and drinks.

Vendors with greyt gifts and supplies (Muttz, B&J Biscuits, Needlenose Neckwear, Merrick Pet Foods, and more!), Raffle, Doggie Massage, Nail Clipping

Pictures from 9-10:30 a.m. and after the races ($7 for a 5x7). We will again offer starting box photos in silks. We are also working on some other backgrounds.

Donations Accepted in lieu of family admission
Dog Food: Purina One Dry, Canned food, rice
Cleaning Supplies: Bleach, paper towels, large and small trash bags
For the dogs: Beds, blankets, dog toys, stuffed animals
Treats: Large dog biscuits or Milk Bones, large rawhides and pig ears
Gift certificates from PetsMart, Petco or King Soopers.
